Her  Story:

I Began riding at the age of 10. Was very lucky to start my dressage training with super qualified people.  Bitten by the bug there followed the purchase of my first big show horse with whom I won numerous show championships and 2 Provincial championships.

I continued to ride and train holding hopes of riding for Canada.   As so often happens life got in the way and a serious riding accident followed by a divorce put paid to those plans.   A long recovery ensued and a move to Alberta to my current farm.

I began training for other people and produced some great show horses for others.   Never lost the dream although I thought it unlikely.
Then out of no where comes western dressage. I began competing and in 2015 won my first National title and a reserve title with a customer horse.   Really bitten by the bug we prepared through 2016 picking up 2 more Canadian titles and the Alberta championship and high point.

Off to  Worlds we went.  What an adventure and it turned out a dream 50 years in the making came true.   Grace (Backtrax GraceInGold) came along as back up to Bling (All About Bling).  She was a rockstar stealing the  show racking up a World and Reserve World title on her 50th and 51st LIFETIME rides.   An incredible accomplishment at the young age of barely three.   Bling had top five and top ten finishes.

2017 saw a setback with Grace due to a shoulder injury.  Luckily great care and rest saw her back to work and back in the hunt.  Part of that care was the great good luck to meet Eric at Spruce Meadows and become a forever Pegasus Airboots fan.  All my difficulties with boots, especially with super fussy Bling , are a thing of the past.   And what a lifesaver they were at Worlds in super wet deep mud.
I was asked to let a junior ride Grace  in Intro as I was moving her up a level to Basic.  This was ambitious because of short training time but I hate it when people sit in a division because they think they can win rather than move up.
Grace ever the show girl did not disappoint repeating as World Champion in Intro and ending up 8th in the nation in her move up division.   Truly a testament to her great heart and ability.  Bling had top 3 and top 5 finishes.
2018 sees up impatiently waiting for winter to leave so we can get to work .

I am so excited to be an ambassador for Pegasus Airboots and I HIGHLY recommend them to all of you.   Your horses will thank you.   If any of you have questions don't hesitate to ask the office or you can email me at .  Come introduce yourself if you're at a show.  I'd love to hear from you
